We started studying the pronunciation of the past verbs ending in "d". You know, It isn't easy to distinguish the final voiceless sound. For example Ask, Asked=Ask(T). After that the teacher told us a story about a photographer and we have to remember it learning the phrasal verbs by heart. | |

Hi everybody!! Last Tuesday I shared with some classmates an idea I had: "What about organising a Christmas dinner?" But not an ordinary Christmas dinner but one with a rule. And that rule is not related to "black-tie wear". The rule is that during the dinner we only can speak English! I mentioned it to Victor and he suggested me to get in touch with the other C1 group, so we could to do together. What do you think? Do you feel taking part in it? Perhaps we can vote for the best day to carry out the dinner. I have a survey form ready for that if you want to vote: http://doodle.com/wzagq4tfkfrdvuq5 That's all for now, see you on Tuesday!!

On Tuesday, we have been working on verbs, some of them I didn't know. Then we worked on a text full of phrasal verbs and we practised how to read a text properly.
